Do you work from plans and alongside our builder?
Yes — we read the plans, hold the program, and coordinate our set-out with the site supervisor and certifier. One plumbing contact who keeps the wet trades on track rather than holding them up.
How is project plumbing priced?
By stage, with progress claims that match the build — rough-in, fit-off and final. You get a clear scope and staged pricing up front, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Do you take on owner-builder jobs?
Yes. If you’re owner-building, we bring the licensed plumbing and the compliance side so that part of your project is handled properly and signed off correctly.
What’s included from rough-in to fit-off?
Drainage, sewer and stormwater connections, the water-service set-out, gas rough-in where needed, and all fixture and tapware fit-off — finished with the compliance certificates the certifier will ask for.
Can you handle multi-dwelling developments?
Yes — new homes, duplexes, townhouses and larger developments. We scale the crew to the program and keep the documentation a certifier needs in order.
Do you supply the certificates the certifier needs?
Yes — the compliance certificates for the plumbing and any gas work, provided at the stages your certifier requires them.
